Located in Tioga County, our two-story get-away offers comfort, convenience, beautiful sunsets and quiet nights. Deer, turkey and other wildlife are often spotted in the fields across the valley. You will enjoy solitude and seclusion with all the comforts of home.

It's only eight miles to Blackwell where you will find Rails to Trails, an old railroad bed converted to a biking and hiking path, meandering along the banks of beautiful Pine Creek at the lower end of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Here you can find hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking or cross country skiing. Also, near Blackwell, you will find the West Rim Road with mapped snowmobile trails.

Less than two miles away is the Ski Sawmill Ski Lodge and Oregon Hill Wine Co..

The area offers many opportunities for some of the finest fly fishing in the state. Slate Run, Cedar Run, Pine Creek, Little Pine Creek and many local streams have Brown, Brook and Rainbow Trout - native and stocked fish. The hatches on these streams can be phenomenal - you must experience it to believe it!

We are only fifteen miles from the scenic gas-lit boulevards of Wellsboro and some of the areas finest dining, quaint shops and several antique stores. Wellsboro is also home to Animaland, the Pennsylvania State Laurel Festival, Tioga Central Railroad, local golf courses and "A Dickens of a Christmas", which is conducted the first Saturday of December each year.
